This subsection owns browser layout, operator roles, widget composition, and live telemetry presentation. It should consume backend contracts, not redefine them. The implementation stack is intentionally still open.

If a document is about routes, widgets, layouts, role-based views, or binding telemetry into the UI, it belongs here. If it defines transport or mission authority, it belongs in backend. If it spans both, it belongs in shared.
